Pumpkin Pie Craving? Try Pumpkin Yogurt

Pumpkin Yogurt

Quick—what’s your favorite Thanksgiving dessert? Pumpkin pie? Chances are, you’re already thinking about that holiday favorite, and it’s only November 5.

If you can’t wait 20 more days to get your pumpkin pie fix, you may want to try making this yogurt. It’s delicious and nutritious, and best of all, it’ll make you feel like you’re indulging in dessert for breakfast. The yogurt is best when allowed to sit so the flavors can marry, so stir it together the night before, and you’ll be all set for a quick and tasty breakfast or snack the next day.

Pumpkin Yogurt

1 (4 oz.) container vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
3 tbsp pumpkin puree
¼ tsp cinnamon
Dash of pumpkin pie spice
Granola for serving (or whipped cream if you’re using this as dessert)

Stir together the yogurt, pumpkin, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, top with granola or whipped cream.
